Hygenist Erin, very thorough , and they both washed away any apprehension I had . I have to say this was my first experience in years that I’ve had dental work procedures while AWAKE,!! Honestly I’ve been terrified of the dentist since I was super young. So I’ve avoided it most of my life. But I knew I had to get work done and it was time to bite the bullet. I don’t think anyone genuinely loves going to the dentist… however, they make the experience worth it. They don’t judge you for how long it’s been, how bad of condition your teeth are in, but they also don’t sugar coat it either and let you know what you need to do going forward. They make every experience nearly painless. Front desk staff is always super friendly and they remember you by name. This is THE place to go. You will feel safe and comfortable. This is very important if you are someone who is afraid of the dentist. I’ve been here a lot in the past couple months and never had a single bad experience. My fear is almost completely gone.
