Does implant-supported mean I can never remove the denture?
No. Some designs are intended for daily removal by the patient, while fixed restorations are removed professionally when needed. Ask which arrangement is proposed and have the cleaning and handling responsibilities explained before choosing it.
Can my existing denture be adapted?
The appliance’s condition, design, fit and available space need assessment. Adaptation may be possible in some circumstances, but it is not guaranteed. Ask whether a new denture would be needed and how that changes the overall treatment plan.
How many implants would I need?
